Tools

Tools are used to open new paths or overcome obstacles. Some tools, like keys, are designed for a specific use - while others, like the scythe and the pickaxe, can be used in multiple locations.

Once collected, the appropriate tool will be automatically selected and used when interacting with an object.

	Scythe	Allows you to cut down vines and small shrubs.	In the house on the left when beginning the game - jump on the board in front of the house to open a tunnel. Climb through the tunnel under the doorway to enter the house and collect the Scythe.
	Pickaxe	Allows you to break rocks or unsteady walls.	In the dungeon, after three "bird-cage-like" platforms, it appears in front of the crossbow.
	Key (Closet)	Used to unlock the closet to get the Handle.	Underneath the well. It requires to enter from the dungeon and the pickaxe to break the wall.
	Handle	Used to open the gate by the cat	At the entrance of the castle after the well. It requires the Key to unlock the door.
	Sprocket(Elevator)	Used to fix the elevator platform.	On the second floor of the castle. (Above the well)
	Crowbar	Used to open any wooden blockers.	Given by the Cartographer at top of the tree.
	Fuel	Used to power the generator.	Inside the small cave by the cliffside. It requires the hog to destroy the tentacles and crowbar.
	Key (Mine)	Used to unlock the door to go into the mine.	Given by the Cartographer after investigated his elevator.
	Silk	Used to fix Cartographer's elevator.	Appears in the deep spider den.
	Valve	Used to control the pipe.	Appers in the deep of the mine. It requires unlocking two mechanisms.
	Knife	Used to cut ropes and spider webs.	Appears in the deeper of the mine. It requires the Valve to clear the way.
	Black Heart	Used to expel the "black things".	Given by the stranger inside of the huge animal skeleton after exiting the mine.
	Sprocket(Tower)	Used to fix the elevator platform.	Right after the hero crashes into the top of the castle. (Above the well)
